Tweak undo history limits
...
Set limits to double of default limits. The previous limits of 10x the
defaults might not have been working as expected, as every now and then
I'd have a file end up with only 4-5 undo steps.

Played around with ECB, specifically getting speedbar running within ECB.
...
Disabled it for now, as I'm having some issues with speedbar stealing focus from the minibuffer every 1-2 seconds if it's set to auto-update.
