87a86191db Majorly re-organize modules 
- Split large modules into smaller parts (e.g. siren-text-manipulation)
- Organize modules into high level groups:
  - completion
  - core
  - editor
  - languages
  - linting
  - misc
  - navigation
  - projects
  - spelling
  - text-editing
  - version-control
  - windows
  - workspaces
