Add new Bash allow rules (awk, bat, cat, du, git diff, git fetch,
tail, tree, and additional pnpm shortcuts), WebSearch, and context7
MCP permissions. Sort enabledPlugins alphabetically, toggle swift-lsp
off, and remove plansDirectory setting.
