Revert "chore(meta): update meta files"

This reverts commit 42d63977e5.

Release Emacs.2021-10-09.cc202c7.master currently contains a test-build
due to a error in the test-build process. Hence this nightly cask change
needs to be reverted, and a new proper build triggered for release
Emacs.2021-10-09.cc202c7.master.
