Tweat ruby config, and load in older ruby-mode version
...
The version currently bundled with emacs trunk seems to have a few
serious issues with indenting. So instead I've pulled in the older 0.9
version directly from Ruby's source code.

When looking for files named "index.haml" in iBuffer, they used to
appear as "foo-bar1/index.haml" and "foo-bar2/index.haml". Makes it hard
to find "index.haml". New style is "index.haml | foo-bar1" and
"index.haml | foo-bar2".
