Revert "feat(cask): update emacs-app-nightly to version 2021-10-09.cc202c7.master"

This reverts commit d3dfe11094.

Release Emacs.2021-10-09.cc202c7.master currently contains a test-build
due to a error in the test-build process. Hence this nightly cask change
needs to be reverted, and a new proper build triggered for release
Emacs.2021-10-09.cc202c7.master.
