fix(legacy): tweak size of legacy icons in .icns files for macOS 15 and earlier

The raw edge-to-edge exports of macOS 26 icons from Icon Composer are not sized correctly for earlier versions of macOS.
So here we tweak the .icns icon files for macOS 15 and earlier so that they are sized correctly to fit nicely in the Dock next to Apple's other icons like Safari, Music, etc.
